The most reliable and reproducible results in amino acid analysis are obtained by ninhydrin colorimetry. JEOL has developed an instrument based on a new multisegment tandem column which give both faster analysis and longer column life.

The instrument is fully computerized, equipped with auto sampler and operating under MS Windows.
